Job summary

Gallagher Re is seeking motivated graduates and career changers for the REACH Program to start a 24-month, structured development track in reinsurance broking and risk management. You will rotate through analytics, marketing, and placement activities and gain access to mentors and executives.

The program starts in July 2027 and offers paid training with a hybrid schedule. You will work with actuarial and financial teams, learn to structure and place reinsurance, and pursue P&C and ARe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to market, negotiate, place, and service accounts.
• Craft persuasive pitch documents and presentations for clients.
• Analyze data with actuarial, catastrophe modeling, and financial teams.
• Assist in structuring, placing, and servicing reinsurance transactions.
• Support contracts and finalization of reinsurance placements.
