Job summary

Gallagher Re is offering a 24-month REACH program to launch graduates and career changers into the world of reinsurance broking and risk management. You will train with executives and mentors, with paid hours during training and a hybrid work schedule combining in-office and remote days.

The program starts July 2027, with exposure to clients, analytics, and risk transfer strategy. You will travel for training at Gallagher Re's Rolling Meadows home office as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong written and verbal communication expected.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint to create and share documents.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use various software for tasks; adaptable learner.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to market, negotiate, place and service accounts.
• Craft persuasive pitch documents and client presentations.
• Analyze data with actuarial, catastrophe modeling, and financial teams.
• Contribute to structuring, placing and servicing reinsurance deals.
• Assist with contracts and finalizing reinsurance placements.
