Gallagher Re is launching the REACH Program, a 24-month structured learning track for graduates and career changers in reinsurance broking and risk management. The role offers a full-time, hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days, and access to mentors and executives.

Participants will aim for P&C license within 12 months and ARE designation within 18 months, with opportunities to network across the global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to build, refine, and transmit documents.
• Strong technical proficiency enabling use of various software for efficient task completion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to engage with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training; travel expenses covered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients at all levels to market, negotiate, place, and service client accounts.
• Craft persuasive pitch documents and compelling presentations for new and existing clients.
• Analyze data with actuarial, catastrophe modeling, and financial advisory teams to provide insights.
• Contribute to structuring, placing, and servicing of reinsurance transactions.
• Assist contracts and support finalization of reinsurance placements.
