The program blends in-office days with a hybrid schedule, offers mentorship from the executive team, and provides paid training. Start date July 2027, with opportunities to pursue the ARe designation within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with MS Office to build and share documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to market, negotiate, place, and service client accounts.
• Craft persuasive pitch documents and client presentations for new and existing clients.
• Analyze data with actuarial, catastrophe modeling, and financial advisory teams to provide insights.
• Contribute to structuring, placing, and servicing reinsurance transactions.
• Support contracts and finalization of reinsurance placements.
