Responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting activities for assigned reinsurance programs (assumed, ceded, retroactive, fronted).
• Lead and develop team members, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management, affiliates, TPAs, coverholders, and intermediaries to investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare/ approve journal entries, reconciliations, fundings, and reporting; manage monthly/ quarterly statements.
