Pay

Hourly: $27.98 - $41.97

Responsibilities

• Identify and recover hospital underpayments from insurance payors, ensuring accurate reimbursement in alignment with contract terms.
• Actively participate in payer meetings and calls to address payment discrepancies, drive resolution, and promote ongoing compliance with facility reimbursement requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years related healthcare or insurance company experience required.
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel© and MS Word© required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of insurance contracts, managed care and government reimbursement terms, and billing regulations.
• Prior experience with financial systems or contract management systems preferred.
