Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Reimbursement Analyst to support reimbursement reporting, regulatory filings, financial analysis, and revenue-related accounting activities. This role is remote but must be local to Boston, MA, collaborating with finance leadership to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with government requirements.

You will prepare Medicare cost reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting, perform variance analyses, and maintain reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Medicare cost reports experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience with Massachusetts healthcare organizations required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
