Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookups.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or BI platforms.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts.
• Analyzing financial results and identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities within the business.
• Assisting with the annual budget process and periodic forecasting activities.
• Developing variance analyses and providing explanations for differences between actual and budgeted results.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Partnering with department leaders to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
• Creating dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supporting business case development and investment analysis for new initiatives.
• Assisting with month-end close activities and financial reporting processes as needed.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and helping drive efficiencies across financial planning and reporting functions.
