Job summary

Mercy is seeking a leader to direct, coordinate and supervise the delivery of rehabilitation procedures within the Acute Therapy Departments. You will oversee rehabilitation staff and ensure services meet Medical Center standards and regulatory requirements across state and local levels.

Your role requires licensure as OT/SLP/PT, with a preference for a Master's or Doctorate and CPR certification, driving a patient-centered, compliant and high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology or related field
• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist with a current license in state of practice
• Master's or Doctorate degree preferred; CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and supervises the delivery of rehabilitation procedures in the Acute Therapy Departments; supervises the personnel involved in providing these services
• Ensures provision of services in accordance with Medical Center standards and state, federal and local regulations
• Maintains mission, values and Mercy service standards in daily operations
