Mercy - Therapy Siloam Springs seeks a Rehab Team Leader to oversee therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include coordinating patient and staff placements, guiding unit activities, and supporting operational duties under the supervision of the Rehab Supervisor/Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Physical or Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and a minimum of two years in the therapy field, with BLS certification.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited school for Physical or Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the therapy profession.
• BLS certification.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate placement of patients and staff assignments as needed.
• Assist clinical staff with patient care and unit activities.
• Participate in planning and delivering educational training and orientation of unit staff.
• Coordinate student affiliations and work support and EPIC related needs.
