Job summary

Mercy - Therapy Siloam Springs is seeking a Rehab Team Leader to oversee therapy services across locations as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and a minimum of two years of therapy experience.

BLS certification is required, with leadership experience preferred. The position includes responsibilities for coordinating patient and staff placements, supporting clinical teams, and driving unit education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school for Physical or Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the therapy profession.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement of patients and staff assignments as needed.
• Assist clinical staff with patient care and unit activities.
• Coordinate student affiliations and work queue support; EPIC related needs.
• Interact with medical staff, patient family members and department leaders.
• Assist in planning and performance of educational training and orientation of unit staff; orient new employees to the unit.
