Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor who is a licensed therapist (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, OTA, TR) to help plan, implement and evaluate department operations in a fast-paced acute care/outpatient setting.

The role provides leadership for the rehabilitation entity, drives quality service, patient and Mission Partner satisfaction, ensures compliance with policies and regulatory standards, and maintains fiscal responsibility while guiding teams through complex caseloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Therapy specialty or Business/Management related field.
• 3 years of clinical experience in acute care and/or outpatient facility.
• Respective state licensure and CPR within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate department operations and activities.
• Provide leadership for the rehabilitation entity.
• Ensure quality service and patient/Mission Partner satisfaction.
