Job description

The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting patients in attaining and maintaining maximum function due to chronic illness and/or a debilitating injury.The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recovery process, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal of achieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
• One year prior professional nursing experience in arehabilitation setting preferred
• CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
