Hughston Clinic seeks an experienced operations supervisor to oversee daily activities of the Main Rehabilitation and satellite locations. You will coordinate clinical operations, manage office processes, and ensure efficient, compliant workflows across all sites.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, reporting, staff training, and assisting with new clinics. Strong computer skills, billing/coding experience, and the ability to work across multiple locations are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of medical setting experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Billing and coding experience required.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Hughston Clinic - Main and satellite locations.
• Coordinate clinical operations across locations.
• Oversee and manage supply inventory and payroll-related processes.
• Monitor expenses to stay within budget and prepare reports.
• Assist with opening new satellite clinics and onboarding new hires.
