Job summary

Hughston Clinic is seeking a Regional Director of Rehabilitation to oversee daily operations across designated locations in the Nashville area. The role ensures patients receive quality rehab services and collaborates with physicians, staff, and administration.

Responsibilities include budgeting, policy updates, and staff development, with travel to locations as needed. Must have PT or PTA credentials and supervisory healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Two (2) years’ supervisory experience in health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Rehabilitation locations.
• Facilitate staff/regional meetings with directors monthly.
• Ensure billing and documentation requirements are met daily.
• Maintain Medicare compliance and rehabilitation policies.
