The Hughston Clinic is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Department Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and align with physician needs. You will supervise all PT staff, update policies, and manage billing/documentation workflows.

You will develop and monitor departmental budgets, report variances, ensure Medicare compliance, and maintain inventory and supplier relations.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years’ experience as Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Two years supervisory experience in health care setting preferred.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy or PTA.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of the Physical Therapy department and staff.
• Update PT policies and procedures.
• Ensure billing and documentation compliance for PT orders and procedures.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets; report variances monthly.
• Maintain regulatory guidelines and standards for PT services.
