• Greet, transport, and escort patients; help them feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Assist Therapists in preparing equipment for treatment and provide ambulatory assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, stocked department and ensure adequate supplies and linen.
• Handle front desk duties: answer phones, schedule patients, and collect co-pays.
• Perform safety checks on equipment at shift start/end and as needed.
• Respond to supply/equipment issues to maximize useful life of items.
