Job summary

Tricon is seeking a Superintendent to create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work on vacant homes within a designated portfolio. You will oversee in-house technicians and external vendors, resolve issues, and ensure quality control across projects.

The role reports to senior management, mentors team members, and ensures adherence to company standards, with focus on timely delivery and safety. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Unrelenting attention to detail with an eye for accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work for all vacant homes in designated portfolio.
• Anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties, escalating when necessary.
• Direct and oversee the work performed by both in house technicians and external vendor resources.
• Maintain accurate and current records of all rehabilitation and turn projects.
• Actively report project issues, delays, status updates and completion to Senior Supervisor.
• Proactively participate in weekly status meetings with current and accurate information.
