Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a Superintendent to create, manage, and monitor project plans for rehabilitation and turn work on vacant homes in a designated portfolio. You will oversee in-house technicians and external vendors, resolve issues, and maintain high quality throughout the process.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a strong track record in project management, and excellent communication skills to report progress to senior leadership and participate in weekly status updates.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work for all vacant homes in designated portfolio.
• Anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties, escalating when necessary.
• Direct and oversee the work performed by both in house technicians and external vendor resources.
• Maintain accurate and current records of all rehabilitation and turn projects.
• Actively report project issues, delays, status updates and completion to Senior Supervisor.
• Develop scope of work project plans for rehabilitation projects and for all turns.
• Mentor and inspire direct reports with clear expectations and ongoing development.
