Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a Superintendent to plan, execute, and oversee rehabilitation and turn projects for vacant homes within a designated portfolio. You will manage in-house technicians and external vendors, resolving issues, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work for all vacant homes in the designated portfolio.
• Anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties, escalating when necessary.
• Direct and oversee work performed by in-house technicians and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all rehabilitation and turn projects.
• Report project issues, delays, and status updates to Senior Supervisor.
• Participate in weekly status meetings with current and accurate information.
• Develop scope of work project plans for rehabilitation projects.
• Develop scope of work project plans for all turns.
• Mentor and inspire direct reports with clear expectations and development.
• Act with integrity and support Tricon's values and employees.
• Conduct quality control inspections on all field work in progress.
• Complete initial close out for all turn and rehabilitation projects to meet quality standards.
