Responsibilities

• Attend regular work schedule, including shifts as assigned, with possible overtime.
• Directly implements treatment plans through hands-on methods.
• Assist in developing and evaluating treatment plans for therapeutic specialties.
• Conduct functional skills assessments and prepare materials for assessments.
• Train Direct Support Professionals to ensure treatment plan objectives are followed.
• Monitor program objectives and report progress to the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure proper documentation and data collection for progress tracking.
• Provide feedback to the team and assist with developing discipline-specific plans.
