Job summary

Creative Health Solutions is seeking a Rehab Tech to provide supportive services to the Rehabilitation Department under the direction of the Rehab Director.

The Rehab Tech will transport patients, assist therapists with treatment, coordinate nursing staff schedules, and prepare patients and equipment for procedures. This role includes maintaining patient records, logging supplies, and analyzing routine reports to aid operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients as directed.
• Assists therapists with treatment.
• Coordinates scheduling with the nursing staff.
• Prepares patients, treatment areas, equipment and supplies for treatment.
• Maintains awareness of change in patient census and programs.
• Follows procedures for care of equipment and supplies including cleaning logs.
• Ensures adequate office and treatment supplies.
• Completes forms/records and maintains patient records with signatures.
• Assists with daily staff/patient scheduling.
• Runs and analyzes reports to assist department operations and patient management.
