Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports efficient operation of the therapy department.
• Assists therapists with treatment.
• Transports patients as directed.
• Coordinates scheduling with the nursing staff.
• Prepares patients, treatment areas, equipment and supplies for treatment.
• Maintains awareness of change in patient census and programs.
• Follows procedures for care of equipment and supplies and completes cleaning logs.
• Maintains office and treatment supplies.
• Completes forms, records, copies and filing with signatures.
• Assists in month-end billing reconciliation and triple-check forms.
• Assists or completes daily staff schedules.
• Runs and analyzes reports to aid department operations and patient management.
• Assists in orientation for new hires under supervision.
