Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a dependable Rehab Tech to support our in-house therapy team. You will perform clerical tasks, maintain compliant documentation, coordinate therapy schedules with nursing, and assist patients and staff while ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and, where required by state law, CNA certification. You must be organized, reliable, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced healthcare

Responsibilities

• Complete clerical, patient, and team duties to support therapy operations.
• Perform clerical work including documentation and tracking.
• Answer and direct calls; provide general visitor support.
• Develop and maintain organized filing systems.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and signatures.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with nursing and other departments.
• Assist patients, clients, and team members with questions.
• Support cross-department communication and meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
• Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment.
• Participate in facility performance improvement programs.
• Report unusual incidents to the Administrator; respond to emergencies.
• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
