Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support therapy operations with clerical and patient-related tasks.
• Handle clerical duties including documentation and tracking.
• Answer phones and provide general visitor support.
• Maintain organized filing systems and records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and physician signature management.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with nursing and other departments.
• Assist patients and staff with questions and needs.
• Contribute to inter-department communication and meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
• Assist with inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Support facility performance improvement programs.
• Report unusual incidents to the Administrator.
• Respond promptly in emergencies.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a positive attitude at all times.
