Creative Solutions in Healthcare - East is seeking a Rehab Tech to support the in-house therapy team in Texas. You will aid the therapy department and facility operations with administrative duties, compliance, and patient/staff support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification may be required by state law.
• Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete clerical, patient, and team member-related duties to support therapy operations.
• Perform clerical work, including documentation and tracking.
• Answer calls and provide general support to visitors.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with nursing and other departments.
• Assist patients and staff with questions or needs.
• Participate in department and facility meetings as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
