The Portland Clinic is seeking a Resource Scheduler I - Rehab to manage scheduling for the Nursing Services department. You will answer calls, greet patients, obtain referrals and prior authorizations, and maintain accurate scheduling in the EHR for therapists across locations.

This 40-hour, Monday–Friday role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a collaborative approach within a patient-centered medical home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments for rehab department.
• Answer phones and greet patients; obtain referrals and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate referrals in EHR and ensure appointments align with therapist schedules.
• Act as liaison between locations and departments.
• Contribute to departmental metrics and team collaboration.
