The Portland Clinic is seeking a Resource Scheduler I to schedule all department appointments, answer phones, greet patients, and manage referrals and prior authorizations. This role supports a busy foot and ankle surgeon across Beaverton and South locations, ensuring timely scheduling and strong patient communication in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should be detail-oriented with experience in medical software and excellent phone etiquette; a High School diploma is preferred.

• Schedule all appointments for the department, answer phones, greet patients, obtain referrals, handle prior authorizations (medical and pharmacy), schedule from work queue, confirm next day appointments, miscellaneous tasks as needed.
