HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN roles to provide individualized, age-specific care. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and delegate tasks under Texas Nurse Practice Act guidelines.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, hourly rounding, and collaboration to improve outcomes. The role requires RN licensure, an Associate Degree, ACLS and BCLS within 30 days, and no travel.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS within 30 days of employment start date
• No travel required
• Years of experience not required

Responsabilités

• Provide care to multiple patients directly or via delegation to team members
• Deliver direct patient care through hourly rounding and responsive service
• Care for stroke patients following best-practice guidelines
• Care for acute coronary syndrome patients following best-practice guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary efforts to improve Core Measures and patient throughput
• Document assessments and nursing care plans accurately
