Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, age-specific, goal-directed care. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement a plan of care, and delegate tasks in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy.

The role involves data-driven communication, equipment inspection and troubleshooting, and applying sound clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN duties and responsibilities include assessing patient needs and developing a care plan.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support training must be obtained within specified timeframe.
• Neonatal resuscitation training is required within 30 days of employment.
