HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking a Registered Nurse PRN to join its Labor and Delivery team. The RN will provide individualized care, assess patient needs, and implement and evaluate care plans in accordance with hospital policy and the Texas Nurse Practice Act.

Ideal candidates hold ADN or BSN, with 2 years of direct Labor and Delivery experience, and current BLS/ACLS certification. Pri‑n availability allows flexible scheduling to support patient care across shifts.

Formación

• RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be current.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate verbally via telephone and face-to-face with patients and staff.
• Communicate in written form and convey detailed instructions accurately.
• Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate a care plan.
• Delegate tasks per Texas Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy.
• Inspect and troubleshoot medical equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety by recognizing hazards and infection risks.
