Job summary

Key Rehab in Macy, NE is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator- OT or PT to join our SNF team. The role focuses on coordinating staffing and schedules while acting as a liaison between the rehab team and community staff.

Ideal candidates will hold an accredited PT/OT/SLP program, valid licensure, CPR, and a driver’s license. Prior geriatric experience and Medicare billing familiarity are preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program is required.
• Current PT, OT, or SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned is required.
• CPR certification as required by the community.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance as required by state law.
• Experience with geriatric population and familiarity with Medicare billing regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
• Serve as liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, minimizing administrative burden to support clinicians in delivering therapy services.
