Job summary

Key Rehab in Macy, NE is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator- OT or PT to join our SNF team. The role focuses on coordinating staffing and schedules while acting as a liaison between the rehab team and community staff.

Ideal candidates will hold an accredited PT/OT/SLP program, valid licensure, CPR, and a driver’s license. Prior geriatric experience and Medicare billing familiarity are preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program is required.
• Current PT, OT, or SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned is required.
• CPR certification as required by the community.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance as required by state law.
• Experience with geriatric population and familiarity with Medicare billing regulations is preferred.

Overview

Key Rehab is looking for a Full time, Program Coordinator- OT or PT- to join our team in the Macy, NE area in a SNF setting.

Education:-Required: Completion of an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program Experience:-Preferred: Prior experience in long term care setting and service coordination Licenses/Certificates:-Required: Current PT, OT, or SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned-Required: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) -Required: CPR, as required by community -Required: Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law. -Required: Other items as required by federal, state and local standards

Responsibilities

In addition to providing therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OT, PT, or SLP), the Rehab Coordinator serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff. This position is instrumental in minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians’ to deliver therapy services. This position also coordinates staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
