Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a Full-time Program Coordinator (OT/OTA) for a SNF setting. The role requires PTA/OTA licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license. The coordinator will liaise with community staff, coordinate staffing, and support clinicians to deliver therapy with minimal administrative burden.

Preferred candidates have geriatric experience and knowledge of Medicare billing regulations. We value strong organization, teamwork, and exceptional communication to ensure high-quality patient
