Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a Full time Program Coordinator, OT in a SNF setting. The role supports clinicians by reducing administrative burdens, coordinating daily scheduling, and liaising with community staff under a Regional Supervisor.

Preferred candidates hold PTA/OTA licensure, with geriatric care experience and knowledge of Medicare billing regulations. CPR and a valid driver’s license are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
• Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state assigned.
• CPR certification as required by community.
• Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
• Experience in long-term care and service coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Key Rehab and community staff while providing therapy within scope.
• Minimize administrative burden and support clinicians to deliver therapy services.
• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet KPIs under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
