Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front end liaison for patient arrival, enabling contactless check in.
• Provide high-quality customer service by responding to patient inquiries and appointment requests.
• Complete registration, demographics, insurance eligibility, authorizations, referrals, and financial documentation per UCSD Health standards.
• Process and prioritize therapy referrals based on clinical information and workflows.
• Utilize EPIC Cadence and related modules to input and communicate patient information.
