Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related experience in patient access or high-volume customer service environment.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems in high volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification and authorizations.
• Serve as front-end liaison for patient arrival and contactless check-in.
• Input and update patient information in EPIC Cadence and related modules.
• Provide clerical support to PT/OT/SLP programs and maintain organized spaces.
