Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You seeks a Rehab Office Coordinator to support the Director of Rehab in administrative oversight of the rehabilitation department. You will help ensure licenses are current and assist therapy staff with barriers to treatment while maintaining supply levels and schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating per diem staff, tracking trainings, and submitting billing under the guidance of licensed therapists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nursing Assistant certification preferred (unless state requires).

Responsibilities

• The Rehab Office Coordinator assists the Director of Rehab in the administrative management of the rehabilitation department.
• Ensures all therapist and assistant licenses are current and posted.
• Assists therapy staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and providing clinical education to meet patient needs.
• Completes department maintenance including cleaning mats and equipment, monitoring hydrocollator units, and ordering supplies under the Director of Rehab.
• Tracks and ensures staff are current for required trainings and screenings.
• Coordinates scheduling of per diem/casual staff and tracks productivity and billing.
• Coordinates patient scheduling with nursing under the direction of therapists.
