Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Texas invites a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our in-house team. You will oversee the rehabilitation program, coordinate staffing, and ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with regulations.

The role includes direct patient care in PT/OT/SLP as licensed, staff development, budgeting, and collaboration with marketing and operations to improve facility performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT/OT/SLP required.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and reimbursement models.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while guiding a therapy team.
• New grads with leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the rehabilitation program for the facility or designated locations.
• Coordinate staffing levels and patient care to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Provide ongoing communication to patients, clients, and team members.
• Deliver direct patient care in PT/OT/SLP within your licensed discipline.
• Monitor compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other reimbursement regulations.
• Review and improve documentation practices and team performance.
