We are seeking a highly organized, patient‑focused Rehab Network Coordinator to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. As a key point of contact for patients, providers, and clinical staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and patient flow across our rehab network.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and the rehabilitation team
• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Schedule and register patients accurately, ensuring complete and compliant demographic and insurance data
• Deliver a warm, welcoming front‑desk experience while maintaining efficient patient flow
• Coordinate closely with therapists, providers, and leadership to optimize scheduling and access to care
• Use critical thinking to troubleshoot scheduling challenges and offer alternative solutions
• Support patient follow‑up, rescheduling, and provider communication to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain knowledge of rehab service lines and conditions treated to guide patients effectively
• Utilize multiple healthcare systems and EMRs to meet productivity, accuracy, and patient satisfaction goals
• Uphold patient confidentiality, privacy, and rights in accordance with healthcare standards
• Contribute to a team‑oriented environment focused on service excellence
