Southcoast Health System, Inc. in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Patient Access Rep for Rehab, per diem, day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri, at the Outpatient Rehab - Brain and Spine Center. Responsibilities include office support and coordinating patient care processes under Rehab Operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred. Strong medical terminology knowledge, keyboarding, computer skills, and excellent customer service are essential; 3+

• Proficient keyboarding skills are essential.

• Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitask throughout the business day.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Over three years of related medical office work experience is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement by signing a statement.

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $17.86 - USD $28.76 /Hr.
