Responsibilities

• Manage insurance forms and prior authorizations for therapy services.
• Schedule patients based on authorization and therapist recommendations.
• Act as back-up for receptionists and handle scheduling and calls.
• Prepare daily reports and monitor insurance authorizations in EPIC.
• Verify patient eligibility and monitor Medicare therapy caps.
• Communicate with providers and billing to ensure referrals are complete.
