• Answer phone calls and route according to standards.
• Schedule patient appointments and distribute schedules.
• Check in patients and perform pre-registration/registration duties.
• Prepare charts and ensure accurate medical record numbers.
• Print daily schedules and pull/organize charts by therapist.
• Send Plans of Care to physicians and update charts accordingly.
• File patient charts and records; manage discharge tasks.
• Make appointment reminder calls; run errands as needed.
• Close duties, secure premises, and collaborate with clerical staff.
