Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; clerical experience may substitute.
• Prefer 2+ years clerical/administrative experience in healthcare or office.
• Strong communication, basic math, and computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day front office activities in Rehab Services.
• Answer, screen, route visitors and calls; escalate when needed.
• Register patients, verify data, and collect demographic and billing info.
• Provide warm, professional greeting to patients and families.
• Maintain files, equipment, and department records with accuracy.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in scheduling and reminders.
