Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
• Ability to write speeches/articles in prescribed style and format.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations to assess ROM, strength, motor planning, balance, and ADL status.
• Establishes and provides treatments to improve physical and emotional well-being toward goals.
• Reviews physician referrals and patient records to determine the best treatment.
• Fabricates custom upper-extremity splints/orthotic devices and adaptive equipment.
• Consults with healthcare team to plan and coordinate interventions.
• Records treatment, response, and progress in patient records or systems.
