Job summary

Broad River Rehab seeks a Rehab Director for its assisted living community in Kill Devil Hills, NC. The role requires managing daily operations and delivering direct clinical care while leading a therapy team across physical, occupational, and speech services.

Open to COTA or PTA candidates with NC licensure and at least 2 years of Rehab Director experience; strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This is a full-time, on-site position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have NC license to practice in North Carolina.
• 5 years experience as staff therapist in SNF or ALF setting.
• Previous Rehab Director experience required; minimum 2 years.
• Open to COTA and PTA candidates for Rehab Director role.

We currently are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated COTA or PTA to serve as Rehab Director for our assisted living community in KILL DEVIL HILLS, NC.

As an RD you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations and providing direct clinical care. Broad River Rehab is a NC based growing therapy company which partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements For The Rehab Director

• Full-time - Open to COTA and PTA candidates
• Must have 5 years experience as staff therapist in SNF or ALF setting
• North Carolina license required
• Previous Rehab Director Experience Required; minimum 2 years
