Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab to join our Mars Hill NC Skilled Nursing Facility. You will oversee therapy services across PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP, while managing department operations and supporting clinical excellence.

This full-time salaried role offers quarterly bonus potential and a strong focus on leadership, staff mentorship, and quality resident care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure.
• Associate degree in PT/PTA/OT/COTA or SLP.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Responsibilities

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab to join our Mars Hill NC Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time, Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting.
