Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Director of Rehab (OTA or PTA) to oversee therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. You will manage the rehab department, support clinical excellence, and empower therapists to deliver high-quality resident care.

This full-time role requires current licensure, an OTA degree, and at least one year of supervisory or management experience. Familiarity with EMR and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (OTA or PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Columbus, Ohio.
