Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of customer service/medical experience is desirable.
• Minimum one year of medical office experience or related education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow from entry to destination and ensure timely, accurate services.
• Obtain information to generate accurate financial and demographic records; verify insurance and prior authorizations.
• Register patients, schedule recurring appointments, answer calls, and direct patients and visitors.
• Participate in infection control, department equipment training, regulatory compliance, and safety programs.
• Order, distribute, and maintain inventory of department supplies.
