Job summary

The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC is seeking a Rehab Aide to support our Physical and Occupational Therapists across multiple CAO clinics. Under supervision, you will help with modalities, setup, clinic cleanliness, and front desk duties as needed.

This role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, CPR certification, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. You may work variable hours to support patient care and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience and proficiency working with computers and electronic medical records.
• Maintains CPR Certification for Healthcare Professionals.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills -Ability to develop relationships and collaborate.
• Proficient in Windows based office technologies (Word, Excel).
• Able to work independently.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in treatment of non-Medicare patients under direct supervision.
• Help with setup and administration of modalities and exercise machines.
• Disinfect clinic surfaces and maintain cleanliness.
• Support front desk duties: phone, scheduling, registration, insurance verification.
• Attend monthly staff meetings or obtain agenda if unable to attend.
• Assist with clinic operations and possible coverage at other CAO locations.
• Participate in therapy team activities and CAO events.
• May work evenings or Saturdays as clinic hours require.
